A strength and conditioning class built for women’s bodies, from 6 months postpartum to moms of teenagers. Whether you’re just starting your strength journey or you’re an experienced athlete, this class will challenge you, push you, and help you grow — all in a supportive, semi-private community.
Here, you’ll build strength, endurance, and confidence, showing up as you are and leaving feeling capable in your body and empowered in your life. This isn’t about bouncing back — it’s about moving forward, honoring your body, and thriving in motherhood.

ReBuild to Strength
Designed for early Postpartum moms
This 6-week, semi-private series, limited to 8 women per group, is designed to help you reconnect with your body after childbirth — whether you had a C-section or a vaginal delivery. You’ll learn to breathe effectively, move safely, and rebuild strength in a body that has been transformed through pregnancy and birth. Meeting twice a week (Monday & Wednesday @ 10 am), each session progresses thoughtfully: starting with gentle, foundational movements and building to full-body strength exercises that challenge you by the end of the program.
This is a safe, effective, and supportive environment where you’ll gain the tools, knowledge, and community you need to navigate postpartum with power, confidence, and resilience. You weren’t meant to do this alone!
