ABOUT ME
I’m thankful you’re here. My name is Asia.
I believe pregnancy and postpartum are not conditions to be “fixed,” but powerful, natural transitions that deserve informed support, intentional movement, and deep respect for the body’s capacity.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, birth doula, and student midwife, dedicated to helping women move through pregnancy, recovery, and motherhood with strength and confidence. My work blends evidence-based strength training with a doula-informed approach—supporting not only the physical body, but also the emotional and mental transformation that comes with becoming and being a mother.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside women through every stage of this journey—from training together on the mat during pregnancy, to supporting them at home as they prepare for birth, to standing beside them in the birth room as their babies enter the world, and back again on the mat as they rediscover their bodies, rebuild strength, and release the belief that they are incapable. This full-circle experience deeply shapes the way I teach, coach, and care for every mother I work with.
As a mother of two living in Alexandria, Virginia, I understand firsthand how transformative this season of life can be. My mission is to redefine how women experience pregnancy and postpartum, shifting the conversation from limitation and fear to preparation, resilience, and capability. Through intentional strength training, education, and compassionate guidance, I help women rebuild trust in their bodies, expand their physical capacity, and step into motherhood feeling strong, prepared, and empowered.
I am passionate about helping women recognize that motherhood does not reduce their strength—it reveals it.
