Pregnancy

Emerging research continues to show that appropriately guided strength training during pregnancy is both safe and beneficial for most healthy pregnancies. Studies link resistance exercise to improved energy, reduced pain, better blood pressure regulation, and stronger preparation for labor and recovery — with no increase in adverse pregnancy outcomes when programs are properly supervised.


Postpartum

Research shows that beginning guided resistance training within the first 12 weeks postpartum is safe for most women and plays an important role in rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and restoring energy.
