I joined Asia’s Postpartum Rebuild class at 8 weeks postpartum, and it was exactly what I needed. She helped me reconnect with my pelvic floor, improve my breathing, and trust my body again.
As I gained confidence, she guided me in adjusting my lifting to support my new body. I learned so much that I continued personal training with her.

I met Asia two years ago, and it truly changed my life. I trained Muay Thai throughout my pregnancy, and she always made sure my baby and I were safe.
After birth, I joined her postpartum class with an amazing group of moms. We brought our babies, rebuilt our strength, and supported one another. Asia tailored everything to our individual needs.
This class gave me back my strength, confidence, and ability to return to Muay Thai just two months postpartum. I’m so grateful for the community and support. 💪🏼♥️

Asia is not only an incredible instructor but also an amazing person. She truly cares about each of us as individuals. You can feel that in every class. She takes the time to check in, encourage us, and help us grow at our own pace.
