This 6-week, semi-private series, limited to 8 women per group, is designed to help you reconnect with your body after childbirth. This class is designed for the early postpartum mom, 3 weeks - 5 months postpartum — whether you had a C-section or a vaginal delivery. You’ll learn to breathe effectively, move safely, and rebuild strength in a body that has been transformed through pregnancy and birth. Meeting twice a week (Monday & Wednesday @ 10 am), each session progresses thoughtfully: starting with gentle, foundational movements and building to full-body strength exercises that challenge you by the end of the program.

This is a safe, effective, and supportive environment where you’ll gain the tools, knowledge, and community you need to navigate postpartum with power, confidence, and resilience. You weren’t meant to do this alone!
